Yes! We have a dog park that has sections for large dogs and for small dogs, so bring your furry companions.
We ask to see pictures of any RV older than 10 years old. Pictures can be emailed to manager@sundownerrvpark.com or texted to 214-551-6151.
Pets are welcome into the park without fees. All dogs must be up to date with their vaccines with proof of shot records before check-in. Management reserves the right to restrict or prohibit noisy, disruptive or aggressive dogs or breeds, but the following breeds are not allowed in the Park: Pit bull breeds (including American Bully, Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier and Staffordshire Bull Terrier), Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Husky (including Siberian Husky), Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow Chow and any Wolf-dog hybrid.
Each site and guest is provided with high-speed fiber optic internet and a router to set up a hotspot inside their RV.
We run background checks on all adults staying long-term in our park. Our security gate stays closed 24/7 with unique keycode access for each guest. We have security cameras on site running 24/7 as well.
Check-in time is 2:00pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out time is 11:00am on the day of your departure.
Packages can be delivered to sites or our mail room for pickup. Guests staying longer than 1 month can receive mail and keep a mailbox key until their departure.
We request that guests give 7 days notice before their departure. Any extra days paid for past the 7 days can be refunded upon notice of departure.
Each guest’s deposit is refundable minus their last month’s electricity bill upon departure as long as there’s no damage or fees associated with the reservation. Stays less than 6 nights won’t be subject to pay electricity under charges of 500 kWh.
Each site has at least 2 parking spots for vehicles. All sites are at least 60 ft long, and may be able to accommodate more than 2 vehicles depending on the size of the guest’s RV. Guests may not park in neighboring sites or parking spaces.
Sites with sheds are available for reservation and come with an 8’ by 10’ storage shed. Storage units are available to any guest at any site for an additional $125 per month. The storage units are 8’ by 16’ in size.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
Sundowner does not have any pull through sites. Guests will be subject to pay for any damages to grass and equipment caused by pulling through a site.
