Drive times from your site to the fields.

Sundowner sits in Princeton — quiet, out of the highway sprawl, and almost exactly centered between the area's three biggest tournament complexes. You can't stay closer to all of them anywhere else.

Quick answers for tournament families.

Can we check in late Friday night after work?

Yes — that's the standard tournament-weekend arrival. Tell Ryan your ETA when you book and your site info will be ready; the gate and your hookups don't care what time it is.

Can several team families park near each other?

Usually, yes — tell Ryan how many rigs when you call and he'll block sites together where availability allows. The more notice, the better the odds.

What if we get knocked out early — or make the final?

Checkout flexes with your bracket. Win and stay through Sunday's final, or head out early — just keep Ryan posted by text.

Do you have space for the trailer AND the truck?

Pull-through sites fit the whole rig, hooked up. Extra vehicles park at your site or nearby — ask when you book.

Is there anything for the siblings to do between games?

Three miles from Lake Lavon, plus guest privileges at our sister property next door — a private stocked fishing pond and Highland cattle on a working ranch. Bring a rod.
