For Reservations for Periods of One Month or Less: Payment for the full duration of the reservation, plus a $150 deposit is required at the time of the reservation. If a reservation for a period of one month or less is cancelled more than 2 weeks before the scheduled arrival date, Sundowner will refund these amounts or (at Guest’s request, if space is available) change the dates on the reservation. If the reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date, there will be no refund of any amounts paid.
For Reservations for Periods Longer than One Month: Payment for the first month of the reservation, plus a $150 deposit is required at the time of the reservation. There will be no refunds upon cancellation of stays booked for more than one month. Payment for the second month and each subsequent month of the reservation is due and payable in full on or before the first day of the second month and each such subsequent month. Guests with reservations for periods longer than one month are required to confirm to Sundowner (either by email sent to sundownerrvpark@gmail.com or in writing delivered to the office located at the Park) their departure date at least seven (7) days prior to the last day of their reservation, and if Guest fails to do so, the deposit will not be refunded.
“Month” means a calendar month beginning on the day of the month that is the first day of the period of the reservation.
The $150 deposits referred to in this cancellation Policy are also subject to the Refund Policy
